Duties:

 

You will be in the role of Talent Agent - identifying and signing talent to represent and gain employment within the entertainment industry. You will also help to guide our current roster all while building beneficial connections within the industry.

 

 

40% of negotiating and identifying employment opportunities within the entertainment industry.

 

30% of identifying potential clients and working with the current roster.

 

20% of collaboration with managers and other team members.

 

10% of meetings, e-mails, and other corporate communication, events, and outreach.

Mandatory Qualifications:

 

76 Hits is a licensed California Talent Agency representing talent in different aspects of the entertainment industry. Must have an interest and dedication to become a tastemaker within the industry and help bring the best entertainment to audiences around the world.

 

• A Degree from an accredited University or College is preferred.

 

• 3 – 5 years proven experience managing talent within the entertainment industry.

 

• Efficient in analytics, problem solving, and project management.

 

• Excellent verbal, written, and digital communication skills.

 

• Ability to quickly learn new technology.

 

 

Employees are required to maintain compliance with California’s COVID-19 prevention Emergency Temporary Standards, which include current public health guidelines and recommendations from the CDC.
